It feels like climbing a mountain or taking more steps backward than forward. I get it- I've been through it myself! Change takes practice and time.
As a coach, I strive to help you live up to your potential by forming a healthy mindset AND healthy body. FIT offers exercise programs, cooking classes, client events, AND a garden to teach you about growing your own food! I want you to learn...and then use what you learn!
