I battled my weight before, between, and after having my three kids. I was tired of the way I felt and looked!! It was time to take care of myself physically and emotionally. Routine strength training and slow changes in how I ate changed my life and brought me to where I am today. I never thought I could do half the things that I can currently do! I got into the fitness industry after I got myself into the best shape of my life! Now, I'm ready to help others move forward in their health and fitness journeys. I am still a work in progress, as we all are.
If you are looking for a quick fix, that's not my style. We are in this for long lasting change, and that takes work AND lots of practice!
