I battled my weight before, between, and after having my three kids. I was tired of the way I felt and looked!! I remember feeling like the heaviest person in the room....and, I remember having NO IDEA what to do in the weight room! Ugh!! Not a good feeling!
Well, I figured it out! Consistency in strength training, slow changes in how I ate, and a positive mindset shift changed my life. I put my goals in front of me and never looked back! I got into the fitness industry after I got myself into the best shape of my life. Now, I'm ready to help others move forward in their health and fitness journeys.
If you are looking for a quick fix, that's not my style. We are in this for long lasting change, and that takes work, patience, AND lots of practice! I do things differently at FIT.

I'm a busy mom of 3 kids! I understand hectic schedules and lack of energy. I never thought I'd "get my body back" after kids. I'm in better shape now- stronger, leaner, wiser. And, my kids see me being a healthy mom.
